The third generation of the full-size truck is introduced with the new 2022 Toyota Tundra. 

The iFORCE MAX, a powerful hybrid powertrain, is included in the top-trim Tundra engine.

The new 2022 Tundra TRD Pro was put to the test by MotorTrend. Its low RPM power won the crew over.

According to MotorTrend, Toyota has attained the sought flat torque curve that is "diesel-like." 

The 5.7-Liter V8 engine from the previous truck is replaced with a twin-turbocharged V6 in the new 2022 Toyota Tundra. 

Toyota provides both hybrid and conventional powertrain options for its full-size pickup trucks.

The V6 engine and 10-speed automatic transmission are sandwiched by a powerful electric motor in the Toyota

The new electric motor has a torque of more than 100 lb-ft. The fact that all of this power is usable at zero RPM 

Accordingly, the new Tundra's electric motor can start it moving and provide up to 18 MPH of acceleration.

Additionally, its electric motor transforms into a generator when you apply the brakes. 

 The vehicle really slows down as a result of the drag.

 It also charges a nickel battery that is located behind the back seat. 

This increases the fuel economy of the Tundra in stop-and-go traffic.
