The 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander receives a mere 57. That represents a sizable change.

The Highlander also ranks higher than the Outlander in almost all subcategories.

While the Outlander only receives a 3/5 for acceleration, the Toyota SUV receives a 4/5.

Additionally, the Highlander's ride received a 4 rating as opposed to the Outlander's 2 for comfort. 

 For instance, the Highlander only get a 4, but the transmission receives a 5.

The 2022 Toyota Highlander gets a higher expected dependability score in addition to a higher road test score. 

The Highlander has a 5/5 projected dependability rating overall from Consumer Reports.
