The Chevrolet Corvette has been the definitive American sports car since 1953

America's answer to European sports cars

Early C1 models didn't perform very well, but the introduction of the V-8 quickly rectified this.

Some know that the Corvette was always meant to be a mid-engined model

it wasn't without its problems, but it finally happened with the C8 Corvette in 2020.

In 2021, The C8 is again offered as his Z06 version

This will be his first Vette to receive a planar V-8 similar to those used by Ferrari and McLaren.

Starting at $106,695, his 670-horsepower C8 Z06 is the most affordable collection of 'horses' in his mid-engined layout

However, its options list may be a little more inspired by the German sports car maker than many would like

It has become the most affordable high-performance mid-engine sports car

Like the standard model, the more powerful C8 Z06 comes in two flavors: Fuchs Duck his coupe and his convertible with removable Targa top.

The latter costs him $7,500 more than the hardtop, at $114,195.

The latter will set you back $127,545. The C8 Z06 offers him nine wheel designs to choose from, the most expensive of which is the $11,995 carbon fiber set.

Throw in a set of carbon-ceramic Brembo brakes and you're already over $150,000.
