The Chevrolet C8 Corvette 2020 is the eighth generation of the legendary sports car.

Introduced in 2019 as a 2020 model year, the C8 Corvette is very different from the C7 and its predecessor.

the first time, the Corvette adopted a mid-ship layout, transforming from a sporty two-seater grand tourer into a full-fledged sports car.

In this new configuration, the 2020 Chevrolet C8 Corvette will compete with sports cars such as the Ferrari 488 GTB, Ford GT

Lamborghini Huracán Evo and Audi R8.

The completely redesigned C8 looks like a brand new car on the outside, but retains some typical Corvette elements.

Headlights, taillights and nose are clearly reminiscent of the C7 model.

But it's all new and has more technology than any Corvette in the past.

Chevrolet also has big news under the hood with his new LT2 V-8 engine

Likewise, the C8 is the first Corvette with a dual-clutch transmission and also the first model without the option of a manual transmission.

The C8 Corvette is also the fastest and most powerful naturally aspirated model of its kind, more on that in our detailed review below.

a sports car under 500 horsepower, the C8 Corvette is surprisingly fast. With a turbocharged engine he is only slightly slower than rivals who put out more than 600 horsepower.

This indicated that Chevrolet wanted not just a mid-engined Corvette, but a capable sports car to match its competitors.

And what do you know? It's the only car in the world that costs less than $70,000 and hits 60 mph in less than 3 seconds.
